Social media post on the change in government reached just under 10k followers and hell a lot of followers. 1 more to go till 500! 3. Booked in an investor onboarding next week. Reach was from social media 4. WhatsApp group grew to 40 people Good week for only working two days. Bit gutted that it seems like my first deal is falling out of bed originally sourced but taking it as a learnings - Investors and sellers to sign the dotted lines! Still have my fingers crossed on it coming through 🙌 We go again next week!

Meeting the investor at the property Tuesday! - Tuesday a busy day up north. - Viewing pottenatilly 9 properties. 6 off market with an agent and 1 on market and a further 2 coming onto the market in the next few weeks. 1 meeting with an investor. Content where I can and finally travelling aboard on a hen to Portugal from Wednesday onwards! Not expecting mass of work to be done but craming in as much as I can over the next 2 days!
