Thanks with the help @Sam Joy and @James Hunt real great advice 2) Got stuck in and blocked out time for purely content creating and building an inventory 3)started to get stuck in looking for deals and analysing them to see how the numbers stacked

My weekly wins - Managed to get back in the gym most days this week and playing padel which makes me feel more productive - My investor list is growing rapidly which is going to benefit the group really well - Two of my current purchase have now got tenants in which means CASHFLOW!!!
