Morning peeps, Any advice on this one would be appreciated!
I wanted to see if i could get some advice/help on comparables for Number 87 bebington rd CH66 4RT
I’m abit unsure on what to value this at as few sold comparables local but have drives, garages and slightly bigger etc.
I’ve had the son in law reach out on my ads, about a property his wife’s nana is selling.
Its currently on the market but has dropped from 180k to 170k in space of 2 months. I reckon 950 conservative rent and would be looking to advertise as btl/ small brr project if there’s room there to boost the gdv.
Would appreciate the second opinion if you have the time to have a quick look through👍
