This week has been a slog. 1. I repurchased a buy to let I had in my personal name into a business name. I should have done this years ago but we live and learn. 2. My refurb on my BRRR is still on track to be complete by the middle of May even though the plasterer started 3 days late. Glad I built in a contingency timeline with trades depending on that finishing on time. 3. I’ve posted everyday on LinkedIn. Small steps to getting on all platforms.

Feel like Friday is here and it hasn't been as a successful week as the previous weeks. Small wins this week: Bespoke investor agreed to go ahead (although finding it frustrating not being able to find anything and offers getting turned down constantly) Outreach: 80 FB messages sent to landlords of which 5 joined my whatsapp group (although my whatsapp group is dead with no deals!) 50 probate letters sent out Survived the first week of half term 😂

- Met up with an apartment blocks owner who wants to give me the apartments to company let. Way more than I can chew but I am excited at the opportunity. He understands that I'm a small fish so he's happy for me to take few at a time. - Met up with a portfolio owner (in McDonalds of all places) that I spoke to back in January and then followed up persistently with. He has a 6 HMOs to sell / company let / rent to buy so now I need to understand how I can help him. - Was meant to go to a birthday event in London today however because of airline issues it got postponed. So that gives me time today to spend time on building up AI to manage parts of my business
