Today is a smoked salmon bagel (kind of a spin on a lox bagel but some changes) I’ve got for you: Sola everything bagel ~15g protein Homemade cream cheese ~12g protein Smoked salmon ~ 14g protein Total ~ 41g protein The cream cheese is a little more work than I wanted to give you but still I made this whole meal in about 10min (Recorded start to finish 8:40 to be specific) If you are a smoked fish lover - I PROMISE you this smoked salmon tastes exactly like the 10$ 3oz portion you buy at the grocer but for a literal fraction of the price.
