Good morning everyone! We're coming up on the end of September... which means 2 things. 1. We need to set an alarm to wake up Billy Joe Armstrong on October 1st 2. It's almost... SQUATOBER 🎃💪🏻 If you're not familiar with this program here is a quick overview: Sorinex pairs up with Pen and Paper Strength app to create a 31-day program. The program consists of 5 workouts per week (Monday-Friday) It will have a squat variation every day of the month with the main goal of this program increasing your squat max. If it's going to be like years passed, it will be a good variety of upper and lower body strength training. This program was tough last year, I'm not going to sugarcoat it. But it was a blast. We got shirts, had a PR party. It was a time. This will be different cause we are virtual BUT - Who would want in? We can keep each other accountable and just make it a bit of a different flavor with how we will do it this year. Comment on this post and let us know!

@Julia Mellinger and I started this to try making the biggest impact we can through fitness and nutrition, but also by building a REAL community; connecting us all through common interest. We’re seeing that with the conversations we are having. It’s about so much more to us all than just working out. On Skool we are discoverable by people who are interested in the same things we are too. That helps us grow without having to advertise and protects what we are trying to build. In a week we have climbed the discovery ranking from over 1500 at the start of this to 389!! 🔥 We grow based on posting valuable content and engagement within our community from you all. This might not seem like a big deal but to us, getting this far already is amazing and we want to thank you for that ❤️ Please post all you want, engage with others, and continue being a part of this, it helps us connect and helps us grow! I have an ask I’d like to make ✨ Can we come together and get us into the top 250? The top 100? We are categorized as a “health” community so there is a mountain to climb but I’ve no doubt we can do it. Currently, we are running a free week trial for anyone that wants to join our community. After that it is $50/mo for access to all of our programs, meal plans, and everything else we plan to continue making and releasing. There is an invite link you can all use to send to people who might love what we do. If they stay, we have a 20% affiliate commission for every member you bring our way but also want to give something more and aren’t sure what would be most valuable to you so we need input. ❓Most referrals in a week gets a free month of individualized1:1 programming and meal planning plus direct coaching and from us? ❓Second place gets a individualized program and meal plan but not the direct coaching? ❓Merch drop as we get bigger and start making apparel?
