There are studies linked to how much a body can absorb which typically they say around 35-50g but there is the effect of burning energy which means you'll need more protein eventually right? Well how long before more? 2 hours? 4? I'm going to do a video on this whole thing. But the short answer here - Eat the amount of protein you want. Aim for 30g minimum per meal. If your body can't absorb all of what you consume for the purpose of muscle repair, there are other used the body puts protein towards. Again I'll record something explaining this more in detail!
