As we near the cooler (eventually cold 👎🏼) months - I think it’s more important than ever to find a way to continue working on yourself. There are more challenges with that being said. So what are some ways YOU stay motivated in the winter? What are some things you do to set yourself up for success and not fall off until it’s warm outside again? My win for the week!
Eased back into lifting post rib popping out of place, and I felt great!! Much better than anticipated. It definitely helped taking my time warming up, ensuring I had good blood flow and mobility in before lifting. Leg day was a bit scary since I hurt myself on a leg day, but with some adjustments it felt just fine. How’d your workouts go this week? Anything good or bad to note?

Let’s hear it! What’s one thing you did this week that your past self would be proud of? My win - I’ve had several things occurring that require patience and focus in ways that I don’t know if my younger self would have had. For me that’s a huge win knowing that I’ve grown to process everything around me and keep in order. What’s yours?
