My win for the week!
Eased back into lifting post rib popping out of place, and I felt great!! Much better than anticipated. It definitely helped taking my time warming up, ensuring I had good blood flow and mobility in before lifting. Leg day was a bit scary since I hurt myself on a leg day, but with some adjustments it felt just fine.
