I just got done with class 4. Its taken me.a while as I've been out of action with an injury and then a head cold lol. But I thoroughly enjoyed the class. Thank you so much Kalee, it was wonderful information and has helped me so much when it comes to thinking about how I would go about doing a session for my friends. I have also been wondering what you were sitting on lol. I have knee amd back issues so I have been thinking about how to be comfortable for the length of time it would take. Being able to move around is a brilliant way of combating the stiffness and pain. The last thing I want is to not be fully present in the moment while playing the bowls etc. Loved it 🩵

I enjoyed the first class. The biggest takeaway is that training is a must along with daily practice. So far I do use my bowls, but only for me. My husband enjoys listening in and so does my son, but I still have a long way to go before I am doing a full on sound bath for others.

I just uploaded a guide for the manifestation quest. It's located in the classroom and I also put it in a separate post. I don't know why I didn't think of this until this morning to do it. I hope that it's some thing that can help you.🥰
