You may be feeling the energy of this eclipse as we are in the shadow. I have always marked all the eclipses on my calendar so that I’m prepared to meditate deeply at the maximum of the eclipse. I will be creating a meditation for YouTube and post a few minutes before the maximum so that if one uses it, they maybe deep at the perfect time. As many of you know, I meditate two - three times a day and also Bliss out playing Crystal Bowls. I wish that I could schedule the sound meditation for. Skool but they don’t have the feature where I can post it at a certain time. Are you feeling the effects of the eclipse yet? And another interesting thing… this day is Lunar New Year 🧧 I will be celebrating with Nathaniel as we go to the lion dance on Sunday🎉lots of loud gongs and drums chasing the bad energy away. Does anyone else believe that the loud activating sounds of the Gongs and the drums can scare away negative energy?

Has anyone from Crystal bowl mastery pilot practiced the tuning in exercises that I shared and the bonus class? I’d really love to hear how it went.😃

Happy Friday! For those of you members who are invested in Crystal Mastery, I have just completed module 1. I will be tweaking a bit toward the completion of the course, but you can dive in now and have a peek if you would like. There are also a few materials in module 2 if you feel to skip ahead...feel free! Most of module 2 will be complete by next Friday. Tonight went well! I got a lot of nice feedback! And it makes me want to attend more in person sound baths so I can understand how people begin and end them better.

I had some spare time so have been playing around with different set-ups in my wee space. Lost count of how many times I moved it all around lol. But, I finally got a layout that lets me play my favourite 5 bowls and also have several other instruments handy. Now I can just sit and have some little meditations when I get the chance, without having to unpack lots of things or fetch them from elsewhere. It's not ideal but I'm very grateful to have this sacred space. Now back to working on a table so I can play for longer. 😊🩵
