- Feeling Before the meditation:
I feel In a hurry to continue with the classes to be up to date and check the ongoing events.
Feeling blocked in my troat and back.
I do not seem to resonate with the sound of the crystal singing bowls - i am like in overdrive the part before 9minutes.
The next part is better; I think its because of blockages in my back.
- Feeling after the meditation:
Humming resonated in my nose ,ears, head.
I feel calmer and relaxed, less tension then before...thoughts are like stopped when focusing on my humming.
I feel more self-empowered, clear, balanced and a need to continue with the course to heal myself so that later on I can heal others.
- Biggest Takeaway from Class 2:
The sit and sound technique, sit and set an intention to heal something/some part of your body/mind specific by humming.
Your voice is an instrument, use it as a Sanctuary, it is authentic, unique , designed for healing yourself and others.
