Need advice. I started the Mounjaro journey 8 week ago and recently brought some new scales that weigh everything including heart rates. When I get up in the morning my resting heart rate is 120 but slowly goes down I have got hashimotos so wondering is it linked to my thyroid or the peptide itself. I have started drinking in my water a hydrolite powder that has lots of potassium as well. Anyone got the same issues.
