Hi Friends!
Just checking in since I’ve been MIA for a few months. A series of unfortunate circumstances gave me no choice but to slow down and pause for a bit. I’m not 100% but I’m doing my best to tap back into my motivation and regain my momentum. It’s been a tough season. I’m going to try and hit the gym at least 3 days this week… some encouragement is welcomed! I hope you are all well. ❤️
Vacation Vibes 🌴
Side note: I have a post challenge check in that I will be making a video on later today! I totally spaced Fridays check in ! Maui check-in + reminder: vacation doesn’t have to equal “falling off” 🌴💪 I’m on day 8 in Maui and I want to share this because I KNOW a lot of you have trips, weekends, birthdays, and “life” coming up… and that’s usually where momentum gets shaky. Here’s exactly what I did to stay on track without tracking food and without stressing: ✅ 10K steps daily (we walked everywhere) ✅ Protein insurance: I bought RTD protein shakes + beef jerky and had 2 shakes/day ✅ Strength training stayed a priority: both hotels had gyms so I used them — I got 5 strength sessions in — One day I only had 30 minutes, so I did full body and moved on ✅ No tracking, but I anchored meals: I aimed for ~25g protein at every meal ✅ Drinks happened: but I kept it at 2 max ✅ Sweets: I paused and asked, “Did I already have something sweet today?” If yes → I passed or had a bite. No spiral. Most importantly: I enjoyed my vacation. Rest, fun, memories… AND I’m coming home excited to get back to meal prep and routine, without feeling like I need to “undo” anything. Mindset shift that changes everything: Vacation isn’t a reset button on your identity. You’re not “on” or “off.” You’re just practicing consistency in a different setting. Your turn 👇 Check in below: 1. Do you have any trips/weekends/events coming up in the next 30 days?

What to do during busy seasons in your life
This video is a real-time look at how I’m navigating a very busy season — balancing my full-time job, the Skool challenge, low appetite, and still staying consistent with my nutrition and workouts. I walk you through exactly what I’m doing right now to: - Get my protein in when my appetite is low - Simplify meals without overthinking food - Adjust workouts when I can’t train as often - Stay active without forcing extra cardio - Keep momentum instead of falling into the “I’ll restart when life calms down” trap This isn’t about perfection or doing more — it’s about adapting intelligently so you don’t lose progress during hectic weeks. If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, behind, or like you’re doing “less than usual,” this video will help you reframe what consistency actually looks like in real life — and give you permission to stay in the game. Watch this with the mindset of: How can I make this season work for me instead of fighting it?
