When I first started the group, I used to post guided meditations that I like, if you haven’t tried them, I highly recommend it! I usually pick shorter ones due to my attention span, but they’re really good! Because this weeks theme is mindset, I wanted provide a positive mindset one! Lmk what you guys think!

I’m in a downward spiral
I don’t know what I’m doing .i haven’t done anything to take care of myself I am so down and bummed. Usually this time of year I get out of my funk but this time I feel buried and burned out . Any one been there and got thru I’m up for any suggestions. Help is appreciated.
Needing Advice
I haven’t taken the time to be as active in the group as I should. I realized I joined this group for knowledge, but also for the support, the community of people here for the same thing. So I was hoping to ask you ladies for a little advice. Does anyone have issues with consistency? I was doing all the things & then-for a truly unknown reason-I just stopped. I have since then had 2 hospital scares-so I know the importance of getting back on track-health wise & I have strong Whys-the strongest being my 5yr old grandson. Who depends on me & needs the best version of me. So I hate to say I’m not motivated. I know some of you may think it’s a no-brainer, but I honestly don’t get why I can’t stay on track. Any advice will be truly appreciated. Thank You (Sorry for the long post)

Need advice. I started the Mounjaro journey 8 week ago and recently brought some new scales that weigh everything including heart rates. When I get up in the morning my resting heart rate is 120 but slowly goes down I have got hashimotos so wondering is it linked to my thyroid or the peptide itself. I have started drinking in my water a hydrolite powder that has lots of potassium as well. Anyone got the same issues.
