I am building my relaxation menu but at the moment, here is what I have on it.
- Reading a book (I am a HUGE bookworm and have loved reading since I was a little girl. I love to use the Libby and HOOPLA apps which lets you check out e-books if you have a library card! Highly recommend. I also love a good physical copy of a book too!)
- Listening to “soaking worship” music. Usually is a 3+ hour long session of relaxing music. Can find this on Spotify or YouTube. It’s just music, no words and is very calming.
- I’m also trying to incorporate going for walks, especially when I get off work to shake off the stress of the day.
Looking forward to adding on and creating a library of relaxation techniques and practices.
