Dear Me, Keep Going! - "The Discipline of Becoming Is Built on Quiet Wins!”
I didn’t win because I was the strongest… I’m winning because I refuse to stop. Some days I’m motivated, some days I not. But I showed up anyway, in posting my food, in drinking my water, in taking walks, in yoga, in dance or sharing a smile with you. Tired… busy… not feeling it… we/I must still show up for myself/ourselves. Nothing changed overnight, the scale didn’t move, the fat didn’t burn, But week by week… we must trust “the process of faith!” Stronger. More confident. More disciplined. Not because I am perfect—
but because we/I am working at being consistent. And that consistency, can actually change everything! Ladies & Coaches – Be Ever So Encouraged!
New Here - Just Getting Started
Hi from Maryland! I’m 58 and tired of calling myself lazy. Something has to give because not knowing why I can sleep, sleep, sleep and still feel exhausted is driving me crazy. I need my drive and motivation back! Also understanding how my gut health fits into all of this is going to be eye opening. Doctors just hand over a prescription which doesn’t help. So excited to get to the root cause and learn what to do and not do for resolution.

Howdy All!
My name is Laura Mae and I’m happy to be here. I’m 50 this year and on my perimenopause journey, but it was supposed to be with my sister’s guidance. Unfortunately, she was misdiagnosed - told all her symptoms were menopause when really, it was gastric cancer - and by the time we found out, it was too late. She passed in May 2024. Now I’m confused about perimenopause symptoms, low-key wonder if things are “more serious”, and am too really scared most of time. So I decided to join this community to step in and guide me as I heal and take control back by getting to know my body. 💜

Intro - Newbie Here
Hello! My name is Jaz and I'm new to this circle! Thanks for accepting me. 😊 I am a 55 year old, new divorceé & mother of one young adult son (24 years old) living in the DFW Metro area. I am excited to be here and to have the opportunity to learn more useful information on how to better manage my health while gaining tools to help me advocate for myself even better with my healthcare providers. My health journey can be a bit complicated at times. I have been living with a very unpredictable chronic inflammatory disease called Sarcoidosis for almost 20 years. A year after that diagnosis, I ended up having a hysterectomy due to fibroids (but kept my ovaries). Now I am enjoying (not really 😏) the crazy surprises that my unwanted "companion" menopause 😜 keeps springing on me ... Lack of sleep, mid-section weight gain, lack of energy (which is a combo of Sarc & Meno), lack of focus, etc. So, with all of that said, I'm looking forward to learning useful tips that will hopefully help mitigate some of these challenges as well as connecting with other women who are sharing in this journey.

I appreciate learning how our bodies can develop insulin resistance at the cellular level, and how that buildup and dysfunction can contribute to the development of other disease processes.
