Stranger Things

Last night I did the parasite recording from March and felt like I was releasing energetically/emotionally.

Today, upon inspecting the poop, I found these strange looking fellas. At first they looked like undigested food, but wanted to take a further look, because i'd not eaten anything resembling them. Their texture is almost sponge like. When I ran them under the tap, I could see a network of veiny looking tentacles running through them 😬

Has anyone had any similar or know what they are? 🩷 TY

They're quite big ie. size of a fingernail 📏
