Question about taking Biders for Metals detox?
Hi Jojo. I know we have to wait 2 hours to eat after taking Biders but when can we take it after foods and supplements? Since we will take it 3 times a day and away from foods.. I assume every 2 hours we can rotate the foods and Bider? Thank you.
