💧 NATURAL LAXATIVE SALT WATER FLUSH
When your body feels sluggish, bloated, or backed up, this natural flush can help reset your digestive system and get things moving again, without harsh chemicals or artificial laxatives.
This method gently stimulates your colon, helping the body release waste, mucus, and trapped toxins while also supporting energetic flow through your gut.
🧂 INGREDIENTS
  • 1 litre (4 cups) warm purified water
  • 2 teaspoons non-iodised sea salt (Himalayan or Celtic)
  • Optional: juice of ½ lemon for taste and extra cleansing support
⚡ DIRECTIONS
  1. Make sure your stomach is empty, best to do this first thing in the morning.
  2. Dissolve the salt completely in the warm water.
  3. Drink the full litre within 5 minutes (don’t sip slowly).
  4. After drinking, lie on your right side for 5–10 minutes and gently massage your abdomen in circular motions.
  5. Remain close to a toilet, within 30 to 60 minutes, your body will begin flushing waste.
