✨ JoJo’s Intuitive Goddess Dressing ✨
(raw vegan • creamy • grounding • mood-led)
This is a feel-into-it dressing. No strict recipe. Just you listening to your body and blending what it’s asking for. Perfect as a salad dressing or a thick veggie dip.
Base
  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked 2–4 hours, rinsed)
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 2–3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1–1½ cups filtered water (start slow)
Veggie + Green Boost
  • Bell peppers (any color)
  • Onion (white or red)
  • Green onion
  • Zucchini or celery
  • Optional: a small handful of raw tofu for extra creaminess
Fresh herbs (choose one or mix):
  • Cilantro
  • Parsley
  • Dill
Spices + Flavor (intuitive amounts)
  • Sea salt
  • Garlic powder or 1 small raw garlic clove
  • Onion powder
  • Turmeric
  • Smoked or sweet paprika
  • Black pepper or cayenne (if desired)
  • Jalapeños
  • Olives 🫒
  • Optional: lemon juice or apple cider vinegar for brightness
Nut and/or Nut butters
Tahini
Almonds
Pumpkin Seeds
Or any nut you like!
How to Make
Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Taste. Pause. Adjust. Add more herbs, veggies, water, or spice depending on what your body wants that day. Keep it thick for dipping or thinner for pouring.
