Total hysterectomy
I had a total hysterectomy included my ovaries and tubes.It was in August 2025.Since then I hasn't been taking any hormones and I am feeling like now I have no choice because I am feeling very unwell.My bones hurt me,I have very painful tinglings and tinnitus.I am also having a fewer like symptoms,.I wonder if anybody knows any other way to get the hormones replaced (oestrogen only) than HRT (hormonal replacement therapy) ?
I would like to avoid the side effects and possibly go into a better solution.Thank you for your replies
