Live calls are going every two weeks (For Each Time Zone)

Aloha everyone,

Look at this map. WE ARE SURFING EVERYWHERE from Hawaii to Brazil, Portugal, Australia and Japan. Thanks to everyone who jumped on the first live call, it was a blast.

Since we're spread across the whole planet, we're going to rotate the call times every two weeks so everyone gets one at a decent hour.

Next calls (they're in the Calendar tab):

Australia, NZ and Asia: Saturday Nov 7, 10am Sydney / 8am Japan (Friday Nov 6, 3pm Pacific)
Americas and Europe: Sunday Nov 22, 8am Pacific / 11am East Coast / 1pm Brazil / 4pm UK

Drop your questions in the comments ahead of time, and we'll get to as many as we can.

The Nov 22 time is still 8 AM PT. If you move it to 10 AM so it's easier for Shane, I'll update both the calendar and this post. Should I post it as is, or change anything first?
