6 weeks to 70.3 — Day 3
These next six weeks I’m going to show you how I manage my endurance training and strength training in prep for 70.3 Musselman and SuperTri New Jersey in back to back weekends.

Today wasn’t about crushing a workout.
It was about getting moving again.

Big takeaway:The time is there, you just have to use it wisely
Right now I’m less interested in hero sessions and more interested in rebuilding consistency while keeping strength in the mix.
Three days down.
