MAY RESET: SATURDAY REFLECT + RESET ✅
Before we roll into next week, take a minute to look back on this one. The goal of May Reset is not perfection. It’s building a rhythm you can actually stay connected to. So today, take 30 seconds and think about: - What went well this week? - What felt hard? - What do you want to do better next week? Even a small win counts. Maybe you got one strength session in. Maybe you stayed more aware of your schedule. Maybe you didn’t disappear when the week got messy. That all matters. Quick check-in: Drop one of these below: or DM me… - WIN = something that went well - ADJUST = something you want to improve next week - BOTH = one win and one adjustment Let’s use this week to build a better next one. 👇

Win = got in one 3-mile slow run. It was hard. I walked some but I got it done and felt great afterward. Adjust = add in a bike ride. Bring my bike to work and go for a ride in the Hamptons. I used to love doing that.
MAY RESET: FRIDAY FINISH ✅
We’re at the end of the week, and this is a good time to bring things home. The goal of May Reset was never to be perfect. It was to rebuild some rhythm, get strength work back on the radar, and keep it realistic alongside triathlon training. So wherever you are this week, today is your chance to finish with intention. Your options today: - get your second strength session in - catch up on what got pushed back - keep it simple and finish with one solid win A good week does not have to mean a perfect week. It just has to mean you stayed in it. Check in with one: - DONE = I got it in - CATCHING UP = I’m still getting it done - WIN = one thing I did well this week Drop yours below. 👇

I’m heading out for my first run / workout this week. But, hey…it’s better than nothing.
MAY RESET starts Monday
If strength work has fallen off a bit lately, you’re not alone. So instead of overthinking it, we’re going to keep things simple. Starting Monday inside Strength2Go, I’m kicking off a May Reset, a simple weekly structure to help you get back into a rhythm with strength training for triathlon. Here’s what that will look like: * a clear focus for the week * realistic structure around swim / bike / run * accountability during the week * mobility / movement support * a simple way to rebuild consistency without making it feel overwhelming This is not about being perfect or doing a ton more. It’s just a chance to reset, refocus, and build some momentum for May. If you want the Monday kickoff sent directly to you, DM me RESET.

Shalom, Shalom for Passover Happy Easter
Let’s get going!
Strength2Go Kickoff Weekend 💪 Team, this weekend we’re getting our first group moving through the programs. If you haven’t done the Strength2Go Assessment, now is the perfect time. It only takes about 10 minutes and will show you exactly where to start. If you’ve done it before, run it again and see if anything has improved. Then pick one of the two programs and start Workout #1. The people in this community are the ones shaping this into the best strength resource possible for endurance athletes. Your feedback is how it gets better. When you finish the assessment, comment “DONE” below so we can see how many people are jumping in. And tell me: 👉 Which test surprised you the most? Let’s get the first crew rolling. 🚀
