Team, Here are some great items to start building your home gym. These are tools I actually use in my studio. 1. Go Fit Resistance Bands 2. Perform Better Mini Bands 3. TRX Suspension Trainer 4. Titan Medicine Balls 8#, 12#, 15# 5. WOD Fitters Monster Bands 6. Trigger Point Foam Roller 7. Kettlebells Recommend getting pairs based on what you can afford. You can build gradually. 8. Stability Ball 65cm or 55cm depending on your height.
