Mobility Q & A is happening in 6 days
Traveling this week
But thankfully remembered to pack resistance bands. Got in an almost normal strength and flexibility session this AM while in Colorado. Will change up some of the strength work to keep it from becoming redundant, but at least feeling the habit of getting these sessions in regularly bridge over to doing them while not at home. That used to be a huge battle for me.
Live Experiment
Workout #S2G Ignite WKO 10: Endurance Hinge & Core Apologies for the wonkiness of this video. Experimenting with the Skool live format by showing you how I go through these workouts. Facts: 1. you can always adjust or substitute exercises to fit what you have access to. 2. you can also regress exercises if you’re not ready for specific ones. Ex. Push ups to incline push ups. 3. I don’t have these workouts memorized. I write them down on the dry erase board you see on the door behind me. Please fast forward through this! Ask questions, make fun of me, all is allowed as long as it’s in good nature and fun! Have at it! P.S. - I couldn’t change it to landscape mode… sorry it’s so narrow.

Strength Training Running Study
Team, here’s another good study on concurrent training relating specifically to running. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9518107/ I think it’s obvious that running puts a lot more stress on the body than swimming and cycling from the high impact and pounding nature of the sport. Strength will build the resilience needed to stay in the game.
