Today is a good day to keep the momentum alive without overcomplicating it.
Not every day needs to be a big push.
Sometimes the smart move is to stay connected to the process, take care of the basics, and make sure the week still has direction.
Today’s options:
  • get in 10–15 minutes of mobility / movement work
  • check your calendar and lock in your next strength session
  • if the week has drifted a bit, simplify and recommit for Friday
That still counts.
The goal right now is not to cram more in.
It’s to stay in rhythm and finish the week with some intention.
