MAY RESET starts Monday
If strength work has fallen off a bit lately, you’re not alone.
So instead of overthinking it, we’re going to keep things simple.
Starting Monday inside Strength2Go, I’m kicking off a May Reset, a simple weekly structure to help you get back into a rhythm with strength training for triathlon.
Here’s what that will look like:
* a clear focus for the week
* realistic structure around swim / bike / run
* accountability during the week
* mobility / movement support
* a simple way to rebuild consistency without making it feel overwhelming
This is not about being perfect or doing a ton more.
It’s just a chance to reset, refocus, and build some momentum for May.
