Buffalo Chicken & Bean Stuffed Spaghetti Squash
I finally have a fully functioning kitchen after 6 months of renovations 🎉 and I am loving being back to proper recipe testing. This one is coming in January, and I already know you’re going to love it. It’s probably one of the easiest recipes I’ve created, inspired by the lovely @Cathi Winslow Full honesty… I couldn’t actually finish my portion during either recipe test because it was that filling (always a good sign). The nutrition on this one is pretty great too: ✔ just over 400 calories ✔ 40g protein ✔ 9g fibre ✔ only 3g saturated fat Simple, satisfying, and very midlife-friendly. Can’t wait for you to try it 💛
