So far, so good
This morning was 24oz of water and a few raspberries and a few blackberries. Did a little 5k. Nothing exciting.
Lunch was a tempeh "chicken" salad sandwich on low carb/low cal/high fiber bread, a cup and a half of steamed broc, a grape Olipop and a protein shake. All that fiber is kicking in already.
