A new weekly class begins this week : Thursday dinners. We will focus on simple and delicious recipes that will make it easy to eat well. If you would like to cook along on Thursday, here is what you will need : 1 large bunch Italian (flat) parsley 2 large cloves garlic 12 oz. Avocado oil or light olive oil Zest from 2 large lemons zest from 1 large lime zest from 1 medium orange 4 TBS course grained grey salt 2 TBS fresh rosemary 1 medium clove garlic 1 TBS dried rosemary 1 TBS Black Peppercorns 1 TBS White Peppercorns 1 TBS fennel seeds 1 tsp mustard seeds You will also need 2 proteins and a vegetable, or 1-2 proteins with two pieces each. Recipes will be released on Thursday so we can cook together.
