The 7-day weight loss challenge starts in the morning! If you are on board, use today to get your meals set up and mentally prepare to do this with me for 7 days. This is a great time to prime your body for moving it onto a healthier wellness trajectory. I will be posting my meals and workouts so you can follow along with me. (My meal plan is a bit different than yours, but it works just the same).
The idea is to have a steady stream of lower calorie, high nutrient dense meals plus snacks daily so that your body never signals hunger. When you provide your body with a steady stream of calories, your "hunger system" can finally relax and stop holding onto extra calories in the form of body fat. That is a SUPER simplified version of what is going on, but you get the idea.
