As part of my journey in spirituality, narcissistic abuse recovery, somatic coaching, healing leadership and community i've been exploring other Skool groups. Not to copy them, or to connect with the community in a disingenuous sharky way, but to see how others do their groups, be inspired, learn, contribute in an wholesome and authentic way.

Every group has accepted me, even the North American Athletes sober one, and im not in NA or an athlete but im sober and they're cool.

Except a Narcissistic abuse recovery community for women victims one.

This makes me a bit sad, because i'm assuming they see me as threat, being a Narcissistic abuse recovery coach. And they're assuming i'm there to 'steal' their people or do something unethical.

Im part of many Narc abuse recovery groups. Caroline Strawson has the biggest one & im part of that. Dr Ramani. Other ones on Facebook. Im in other coaches comments on TT and Insta supporting.

There are other coaches in this group.

I think if you're in that energy of fear, and this is mine, and you cant be here that puts you in a mindset of you're not good enough, someone else can take what you have, and in lack.

I welcome everyone as long i believe they are safe.

Healers, Coaches, Councillors, therapists. We're all learning & we all have personal experience and we can learn from each other. So welcome to my group. You are welcome here.

What i have to offer is unstealable. Because im authentically me. And people choose to be here for me.
