Shake up to wake up
Ive been feeling lots of shifts lately in myself and in the collective energies. Im leaning into my higher self, purpose and being in a state of flow to bring in the highest and best potentials. I felt a little stagnant in London and needed a real time shake up to change my environment & just see what happens. So i'm in Lisbon. Im eating yummy food, i'm smiling in the sun, tomorrow i'm visiting palaces & castles, ill get trams, read my book on the beach and see where this energy takes me. The business of London & the grey gloomy weather can make me forget that other cities do it differently, they smile, they chill, they connect in person more. What changes of scenery serve you? What do you take from change in environment? Tx

Change in environment is very important. It makes you feel happier. Stay every day on same place end every day on repeat can cause depression.In my head ,I just wish u can go travel...anywhere and everywhere.
How do you want to feel?
What inspired actions are you taking to shift into that frequency and hold it? Are you embodying that feeling? Are you doing things to create that feeling? What are you listening to? What thoughts are you focussing on? What are you watching to help you feel that way? What are you eating to help you feel that way? What words are speaking to help you feel that way? What goals are you setting to keep you in that feeling? What skills are you learning to be in that vibration? How are you being intentional about how you feel?

I am listening to music from you Tina ,thank you so much for the reagge music i love reagge music.listening to positive affirmations here from you .Sometimes got to breath in and out to calm down because been suffering with panick attacks and u hate it.it getting better.deep breathing helping to calm down and ground myself. Than I break to crying because it's all too much on me and u don't know how to deal with all this nervous system damaged.breath in trough the nose and out by mouth few times I think they recommend 4 times in DBT therapy

@Tina Woods I am scared of people and isolating myself for 1 year and 8 month .don't go out almost never to the point my muscles in my knees stopped working and I couldn't walk for month and half, only to toilet and back but it's hurts a lot.doing physio therapy on my knees every day .by myself. Gotta first session with physio therapist in 14 days .I must do 6 different exercises 10 times each .I do 2 exercises and half of it .some of it can't do not even once because it's hurts like he'll afterwards. I can wait to be able to walk more far away from home than only little distance to the park and back .but I am glad ,I am healing and that I will be oukey one day .missing running so much :(((

I love silence.where I live before the narcissistic abusers fascinating in the house drunk and on drugs all day and night nonstop.my head ended up hurting chronical for many months in row .landlord ignored my emails messages walking into agency all complaints and didn't wanted to let me go from the house even .police joined abuser and told me I am not allowed to call for help otherwise I will be arrested because I called too often they said. Been trying to report this madness for 2 years now. Still didn't video record the crime ,yet.what bunch of idiots don't tell me.
