Shadow Work & The Purge 🖤
One thing that doesn’t get spoken about enough on the healing path… is the purge. When you begin doing deep shadow work—observing your patterns, your triggers, your behaviours—you’re not just “learning” about yourself… You are changing yourself. And change at this level often comes with a release. Purging is part of ego death. Its what happens when an old version of you begins to dissolve. The jealous part. The controlling part. The “I’m not good enough” belief. The voice that says you’re not smart, not worthy, not safe. These aren’t just thoughts… they’re patterns your nervous system has practiced for years—sometimes decades. So when you start to see them clearly… and choose differently…Something has to move. That movement can look like: – Crying out of nowhere – Deep emotional releases – Feeling nauseous or physically sick – Fasting or losing appetite – Sweating (saunas, heat, detox) – Exhaustion or needing more rest – Old memories surfacing – A strong urge to withdraw and reflect This isn’t you “falling apart.” This is you letting go. Through practices like meditation, journaling, daily self-observation, coaching, and therapy… you begin to witness the parts of you that were created to survive—but are no longer aligned with who you’re becoming. And as you witness without judgment… those parts start to loosen their grip. The purge is the release. The exhale. The clearing. It can feel uncomfortable. Sometimes even scary. But it’s also a sign that your system feels safe enough to let it go. You’re not losing your real self. Your are shedding what was never truly you to begin with. In this space, we honour that process. You don’t have to rush it, and you don’t have to force it. And you definitely don’t have to go through it alone. Hold yourself gently through the release. There is wisdom in what is leaving you. And there is power in who you are becoming. Tx

@Veronika Hübner I went through what I believe to be a physical manifestation of an ego death. My heart started pounding and all of these thoughts started racing through my head. It was very scary actually because I thought I was really dying. I had this odd sense that my job was done here but once things began to calm down, I knew that it was no panic attack. Then I ended up seeking a teacher and he told me that it was shedding a layer of the ego. Great posts 👍
What is FLOW state?
There is a natural rhythm to life — a flow that doesn’t need to be forced, managed, or controlled. So often, we grip tighter, trying to make things happen in our timing, our way. But in doing that, we create resistance. When we soften… when we let go of the need to control everything… we create space. And in that space, clarity comes. Opportunities align. The right paths reveal themselves. This is your reminder: You don’t have to force everything. Trust the quiet guidance.Listen to what feels aligned.Let life meet you where you are. There is wisdom in the pause. There is power in surrender. And there is magic in allowing. Tx✨

@Gigi Louise Williams absolutely! Thank you for shining light on this. It feels scary because we are taught from such a young age that everything has to be a certain way. To no fault of our parents, but it seems like when you hear parents talking to young children they are always telling them what to do and how to do it instead of how to carefully just let things be. Of course we need the basic trainings of life, but we don’t need to hear the words “Stop that” and “no” every two mins.

@Gigi Louise Williams that’s probably why school is daunting for them. I was reading about a school in Texas that switched over to AI learning. Each student had a tablet and I think they only learned for three or four hours a day and they scored in the top 1% of the country because it’s a one on one learning experience not a cookie cut syllabus. Every kid learns different. It’s impossible for them to sit in stuffy classrooms and retain all that information. That particular school I mentioned was talking about expanding to four other states.
Astrology archetypes
Following my Archetypes in healing post today in Chris's trauma healing community -if you're not in there hit him up its a lovely supportive space for healing and trauma transformation. https://www.skool.com/virtual-trauma-therapy-1376/about?ref=c7badf4de5744efaba5fb6ea9f57dc73 Im sharing a way into working with archetypes from as astrology perspective. Astrology & Archetypes: Understanding the Energies We Carry One of the most powerful ways to understand astrology is through archetypes. The planets aren’t just objects in the sky — they represent ancient archetypal energies that live within us. These archetypes come from mythology and psychology, and they describe different parts of our personality, motivations, and life path. Think of them as characters within your inner world. For example: 🔥 Mars – The Warrior Mars represents our drive, anger, passion, and how we take action. In mythology, Mars is the God of War. Your Mars sign shows how your inner warrior operates. My Mars is in Aries, which is actually Mars’ home sign. Aries is the ram — bold, direct, and fearless. So this placement can show up as strong leadership energy, initiative, and a willingness to confront things head-on. The shadow side? It can sometimes feel intense, reactive, or combative if that energy isn’t consciously channelled. 💬 Mercury – The Messenger (Hermes) Mercury governs communication, thinking, and how we process information. My Mercury is also in Aries, the fire ram. That means communication can come out fast, direct, and very honest. Some people experience this as refreshing clarity… others might perceive it as blunt or intense. But at its core, this archetype values truth and courage in expression. 💗 Venus – The Lover Venus represents love, relationships, pleasure, beauty, and what we value. For example, Venus in Taurus tends to value security, comfort, home, sensuality, and beautiful surroundings. This archetype wants stability, loyalty, and the enjoyment of life’s simple luxuries.

Little energy update
Hey loves, I'm going to be posting less. Last month engagement here was around 78% then it dropped to around 40 something. Im clearly posting too much and overwhelming this space and you all, causing people to switch off. I'll be posting less. Adding a few things of value, and less videos or longer form that people might not engage with. Im here if needed, you know how to reach me. Have a wonderful week. Tx

It’s hard for me to agree Tina, because your content is so valuable. Each and every post. I understand that the numbers speak for themselves, and I myself don’t always get to engage but I was just thinking it’s such a testament to the hard work that you put into this group. So please keep doing what your doing at whatever pace feels right to you. 🫡❤️✌️
