30 day yoga challenge
Ive just completed day 17 and its definitely changed pace. I'm getting more consistent and flexible.
Baby grasshopper, and head stand and bridge is still a hell no. Everything else is slowing becoming a hell yes.
Challenges like this where you slowly progress are so rewarding when you feel the shift and feel your progress. Have a sense of accomplishment today even though this practice was challenging.
