This morning Im just getting back into routine after a week of being in Barcelona, then a week sick, then a week travelling around in Scotland.
Whilst i still did meditation, gratitude and affirmations absolutely no exercise or yoga was done as i had no time, or space and my body has been screaming out for it.
This morning im starting gently, 20 mins yoga with Charlie and then this lovely 10 mins to get me flowy, grounded and balanced.
10 mins, no space needed, quick time, nice and easy but the shift is great. Im smiling inside and out.
