Your Emotions Cost You Sales
When you are having a great conversation with a guest.
They tell you they need what you have.
And then they blurt out:
"I want to think about it."
or
"I'm going to do more research"
Be honest.
How does that make you feel?
Your guest is stopping from moving forward out of FEAR.
Your reaction to their fear is likely repelling them even more!
This is the problem.
Most people don't want to face this.
Sales is a PROCESS.
If you don't get mastery over the process, you will have to face MORE objections than you have to.
Objections are normal.
How you deal with them to overcome them requires skill and emotional management.
