I haven't had a chance to watch Day 3 yet but I did Day 2 session last night. How in the world do I integrate when I am around negativity and anger "We are the average of the nervous systems we spend the most time with." My household, my family, my job...all angry people. Also the world, driving in Chicago traffic...OMG people are angry in Chicago traffic. My adult children are the best! They live in another state. Im stuck here with a crabby, overworked husband and crabby co workers. That's where my energy goes. It's 9pm but im going to try to listen to day 3. Maybe I'll get some insight
