What to Expect:
This is a live, guided somatic breathwork experience designed to help you go from stressed and disconnected to calm and connected in just 3 days.
You’ll learn to:

Daily Agenda:
👉 DAY 1: Body Mapping - Regulation, Response & RepairExplore why stress and shutdown occur and how to initiate the shift toward a calm connection.
👉 Day 2: Reconnection in Practice. A guided somatic breathwork session to help you reconnect to your body and release stored tension.
👉 Day 3: The Art of Alignment, Attunement & Holding Space & The Practice of Embodied Connection. Discover how to maintain regulation and connection in your daily life.
