On March 9th, following the Qigong class (1pm-1:30pm PT), I am looking forward to seeing some of you for half an hour, speaking about things you like to get done. Some of you might want to change cooking/eating habits, some finish a big or a small project like buying a house or cleaning the kitchen. How do you keep momentum going to reach your goals?
