Momentum for the Get It Done Challenge
On March 9th, following the Qigong class (1pm-1:30pm PT), I am looking forward to seeing some of you for half an hour, speaking about things you like to get done. Some of you might want to change cooking/eating habits, some finish a big or a small project like buying a house or cleaning the kitchen. How do you keep momentum going to reach your goals? We will be using the Get It Done Challenge steps (Inspired by @Katy Curtis's ideas!) -Share wins, check in, and connect with fellow members (5 min-10 min) -Pick your goal to focus on for the next 30 days (5 min) -Break down the goal into 4 milestones (5 min) -Share take-aways and your next action to achieve by the next week (5 min-10 min) I am really excited to hear what your plans and challenges are.

How do you keep the Momentum from the 5 Day Get it Done Challenge?
Thanks for everyone's feedback on how to keep the momentum. After listening to your feedback, here's what we cooked up: Drumroll . . . . Have you lost steam already from what you achieved in the challenge? Do you have more goals you'd like to get done in community? Did your accountabili-buddy plans already die? Introducing a free weekly Peer Support Study Group to keep the 5 Day Get it Done Challenge alive. Mar 9th, every Monday at 1pm-1:30pm PT (following Qigong class), @Tobias Kerzenmacher has stepped up to facilitate this Peer Support Group: Here's what will go down (Inspired by @Katy Curtis's ideas!): Using the Get It Done Challenge steps to -Share wins, check in, and connect with fellow members (5 min-10 min) -Pick your goal to focus on for the next 30 days (5 min) -Break down the goal into 4 milestones (5 min) -Share take-aways and your next action to achieve by the next week (5 min-10 min) Then rinse and repeat each week, mastering the Get it Done Challenge framework. Be looking for posts from Tobias (please support him!) in the coming weeks to get ready for his peer lead community support group!

I am looking forward to continuing our journey with the Get it Done Challenge on Mar 9th following Qigong class (1pm-1:30pm PT)). Some of you might be aware that there is Lent and Ramadan at the moment which are periods of change for many people even if they are not religious. In Germany many people chose to change some behaviour during the time between carnival and easter, e.g digital detox, avoiding sugar, alcohol, or introduce routines in their lives that they would like (e.g regular yoga practice, daily walks, 3 min Meditation breaks, using the car less). I am really excited to hear what your plans and challenges are.
Qigong Replays Today
While I'm away, join Glen today at 12pm PT here on skool to practice in community following along with one of my Qigong class replays. If you're not able to join him live today, another option for Qigong practice is to check out the energizing 1 hour Qigong workout I've published on YouTube.

Oh, I missed it!
What does wellness look like growing your business?
Many of us refuse to burnout as we once may have, yet what does that look like to still grow your business with ease and holistic wellness? Here's the 2 questions I'd love your feedback on (or feel free to answer at least one): 1. Challenge: What's a question or roadblock you're dealing during perimenopause, or in general health wise, as you age that you'd love support with as you grow your business? Ie. poor sleep, stiff joints, onsetting arthritis, poor recovery from injury, chronic pain, less mobility, ADHD lack of focus, scattered energy, negative moods, less energy, distracted by kids/news/scrolling, etc. 2. Goals: What are your biggest health and wellness goals or ideal wellness desires you'd like to have as you age and why? Ie. deeper sleep, more energy at end of day, strong health habits and discipline, flatter tummy, less cravings, more focus and presence, more quality connection with family, prioritizing self care consistently, etc. After I compile your questions and goals, I'll make the Q&A video and share it back here in the community!

For my health, it’s crucial to stay mobile and flexible both physically and mentally. This means incorporating a daily routine that supports these goals, just like brushing my teeth. Being mindful and establishing small, effortless routines throughout the day would help me achieve this.
And the Winner for the Retreat Giveaway is...
Please give a warm congratulations to @Gerbielyn Valentin Gerbielyn Valentin!!! She showed up every day of the challenge, was often first to post her assignment and made awesome traction on her goal to run a 5K by signing up for one for the first time in years after an injury (from having run many marathons/etc.), she faced her fears to start walking again daily, created an inspiring tracker, and took action in her new daily exercise each day of the challenge. A close second was Tobias who really put 100% effort into this as well and thank you to everyone who participated in the 5 day challenge fully with over 75 who registered--it takes a unique being to *actually* finish and complete it! Shout out to all the members who completed all 5 days: @Brooke Haynes @Deborah Kummerow @Elizabeth Nicholls @Tamara Ewashen @Melanie Trent @Jude Crawford @Gerbielyn Valentin Gerbielyn Valentin @Katy Curtis @Joni Derifield @Tobias Kerzenmacher @Katherine Van Slyke It's not too late. The 5 day challenge will continue on as an evergreen free training in our courses. 😊
