How do you keep the Momentum from the 5 Day Get it Done Challenge?
Thanks for everyone's feedback on how to keep the momentum. After listening to your feedback, here's what we cooked up:
Drumroll . . . .
Have you lost steam already from what you achieved in the challenge?
Do you have more goals you'd like to get done in community?
Did your accountabili-buddy plans already die?
Introducing a free weekly Peer Support Study Group to keep the 5 Day Get it Done Challenge alive.
Mar 9th, every Monday at 1pm-1:30pm PT (following Qigong class), has stepped up to facilitate this Peer Support Group:
Here's what will go down (Inspired by 's ideas!):
Using the Get It Done Challenge steps to
-Share wins, check in, and connect with fellow members (5 min-10 min)
-Pick your goal to focus on for the next 30 days (5 min)
-Break down the goal into 4 milestones (5 min)
-Share take-aways and your next action to achieve by the next week (5 min-10 min)
Then rinse and repeat each week, mastering the Get it Done Challenge framework.
Be looking for posts from Tobias (please support him!) in the coming weeks to get ready for his peer lead community support group!
