- Movement used to mean something I did only when I had enough time, energy, or motivation. - From today, movement means honouring the body God has given me. Every step, stretch, and workout is an investment in my health, strength, and future. - Today I moved my body by walking for 2.03km. That was choosing intentional movement, no matter how small. I strengthened my body because consistency is more important than perfection. - I AM protecting my strength. I am choosing to take daily habits that build a healthier, stronger, and more resilient version of myself. I am caring for my body so I can serve my purpose with energy, endurance, and joy.
