Day 6 of 84
My #1 Focus Area: personal growth My First Step: To change that mindset—to believe that I am good enough to exercise, good enough to eat healthy, good enough to live a healthy life and most of all, that I am good enough to live the life I deserve The Action I Took Today: I went for a run in the street to prove to myself that I will no longer hide. I choose action over fear, and I am taking back control of my body and my life. Today I proved: I AM someone who takes action because I refuse to hide. I choose courage over fear and progress over excuses. I am worth fighting for.

I love that. You are so inspiring.
My 84 day journey
I remember wanting to change but not having the tools to do them. I knew where I wanted to go, but I was struggling to commit to myself. I kept giving up in the middle when it became to hard. This is the reason I started on the 84 day challenge. I wanted to understand why I am not consistent in my actions and how can I change it. As I worked through each day’s actions and I started understanding, that I was never lazy, never stupid or unintelligent. I allowed what others said about me to be my ruling force. I believed the negative thoughts in my head. I started understanding that by just taking one step at a time however small it may be and being consistent, I can build, I can grow I can become... I am a person of great faith and in the Bible there is a verse that says, faith without works are dead.(James2:17) I want my actions to show my faith, everyday and through every action I take. What is your action going to say about you today?

⚖️ MONDAY WEIGH-IN & RESET
A new week means a new opportunity to check in, reset and move forward. The number on the scale is not there to judge you. It gives you awareness, honesty and accountability. What matters most is what you choose to do next. Comment below using this format: ⚖️ Current weight: 📊 Up, down or the same: 🏆 One win from last week: 🎯 My goal for this week: 🔥 The promise I will keep: Be honest, encourage someone else and remember: progress is not only measured by the scale. Better choices, stronger habits, more movement and keeping your promises all count. Focus on today. Keep the promise. Become the proof. 🙌🏻🔥

Day 4 of 84
Today was a very difficult day on every level.😒 What I Have Been Avoiding: To take control of my finances without feeling judged by others. Why I Have Been Avoiding It: Because it feels to me that I am less worthy in the eyes of others because I struggle financially. What It Is Costing me: It steals my joy and makes me feel worthless Today I proved: I AM someone who faces the truth because I stopped pretending everything is okay and chose to be honest about where I am.
@Adri Van Staden I know that feeling. We are our own worst judge. The eyes that you perceive is the value you put on yourself. You are worthy, you are strength, you are loved and you are stronger than you think you are. I am routing for you. 💖
EATING HEALTHY
I proudly had a win all of last week. From Monday to Sunday, I did not take tea (even though I stopped taking sugar from December last year). My breakfast was mainly oatmeal with banana slices, sprinkle of cinnamon, and berries. Instead of tea, I took watermelon juice/pineapple juice or orange juice (freshly squeezed), wholewheat bread with no margarine/butter. At lunch I chose only either avocado smoothie or papaya smoothie (pure with no additives). Dinner was much on the light side and avoided a lot of beef but fish and chicken - no french-fries but fresh veggie salads.
@Prisca Tamayi Well done. We are what we eat. You are doing great.

I believe transformation starts with self‑understanding and compassion, and that every woman already holds the answers she seeks.
