DAY 3 - 8 FOR 84 DAY CHALLENGE
My #1 Focus Area: Rest and Recovery What Is Really Going On: I have been carrying continuous demands while also managing emotional weight. My recent withdrawal was not laziness; it was a signal that I needed space to recover, regulate and regain clarity. The Pattern I Have Identified: I contijue pushing until ai feel depleted, then withdraw and become discouraged because I have fallen behind. I often return because of pressure rather than because I feel restored. Today I proved: I can pause without abandoning my progress. I returned, completed what mattered and allowed connection and laughter to replenish me.

You returned, that is all that matters @Prisca Tamayi
Day 44/84 - BOUNDARIES → FOCUS
My Top 3 Costly Yes Patterns: 1. Saying yes to plans that take away my limited weekend time and energy 2. Saying yes because I am afraid of disappointing people, especially those who do not understand my goals. 3. Saying yes before checking my budget The Yes Pattern I Am Working On First: Saying yes to opportunities that interfere with my weekend exercise time and healthy eating plan. Why This Matters: As I begin to change and grow, my free time, exercise and healthy eating are very important to me, to become who I want to be and I may lose focus on what matters most to me. Today I proved: I AM someone who focuses on what matters because I am choosing my growth and well-being over automatic yeses.
Day 5/84
My #1 Focus Area: Career What Needs to Change: Stop taking on more tasks when you are still busy with current objectives. My One Key Decision: Complete what I am busy with before taking on any new projects. My New Standard: I am no longer becoming overwhelmed with just accepting more. I stop ,check, complete the first objective first. One thing, one step , one task at a time. Today I proved: I AM someone who makes steady actions to improve my daily routine.

Well done👏🏻👏🏻
DAY 4 : 8 FOR 84 DAY CHALLENGE
My Focus Area: Rest and Recovery What have I been avoiding? I have been avoiding setting firm boundaries around my rest and honestly admitting when I have reached my capacity. Why have I been avoiding it? Because I felt that slowing down would cause me to fall further behind or disappoint self. What is it costing me? It is costing me energy, clarity, emotional presence and the ability to enjoy what I am accomplishing. Today I proved: I can respect my capacity without abandoning my commitments. After a demanding day, I allowed other commitments to wait, rested when I needed to and returned to complete a few important tasks.
