Using AI To Apply For Renovation Grants
Officially just submitted for two grants inside of the development district where I purchased my last warehouse project
The city is willing to cover 50% of the renovation cost for my proposed upgrades (up to $10k), as well as up to $3000 additional for a separate lighting grant which I’ll be taking advantage of to improve curb appeal and overall have a better product to offer future tenants
I’ve attached a few pictures below of the current building and mock ups I generated to submit with my proposals. Love to hear your thoughts on if you’ve ever taken advantage of something like this on a project
