Showroom Flex
This is the perfect example of what we call Showroom Flex. This is a project that was built to utilize the strong frontage and traffic counts while giving businesses strong customer facing units with front and rear garage doors and high ceilings. This is one of our favorite styles of small bay industrial, in many cases these can attain higher rents, stronger tenant credit and tenant retention.
