Septic
I am looking at a development site that would need septic. Assuming i have a bathroom in each suite with appx. 30 suites, does anyone have a general rule of thumb as to how large septic field would be, assuming good soil that percs? the site is 5 acres.
separately, has anyone looked into/or built a project that has a shared amenity suite? thinking maybe there could be 2 restrooms in the amenity suite to serve the tenants if a septic field for 30 bathrooms is not feasible. Thanks for responses in advance!
