Personal Intro to the Group

Good morning, everyone. My name is John Mureiko and I own a construction company specializing in light industrial projects. (Don't worry, not here to sell!)

I first learned about small bay/flex through YouTube, and found out our company was not only a "flex" user, but that we could eventually develop our own (or partner as JVs).

Through groups like this and particularly LinkedIn, I am learning from others constantly about how to perfect the product, how to address challenges, and how I can help support other folks journeying here by reviewing costs, design and process from a builders standpoint.

I post regularly on LinkedIn with building tips and advice for how to avoid mistakes in projects like this, so you may find that helpful and I'd love to connect.
