Introduction
Hi all - Thanks for including me. I'm currently a self storage investor with a portfolio of 6 properties that we own and manage remotely throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Have been interested in potentially developing small bay, but haven't been able to make the numbers pencil in my area. Now considering hunting for existing small industrial to get my feet wet in the space. I'm very happy to find this community and here to learn and contribute however I can.
