Introduction

Excited to join the group. I'm a developer based in Raleigh, NC. My background is primarily in for-sale housing, but over the last ~20 years I've also developed and owned self-storage, market-rate multifamily, affordable housing and mixed-use projects. These days my primary focus is land entitlement and delivering finished lots to larger homebuilders, while also expanding our commercial portfolio. We're currently under construction on a 30,000 SF flex building next to RDU Airport and are in the early planning stages for another 45,000 SF flex project in Holly Springs, NC. We're also under construction on 51,000 SF of retail in Fuquay-Varina, NC. Looking forward to connecting and learning from everyone here.
